Agency let down

So last night I was at our prayer meeting and my friend who has adopted 3 beautiful children from China informed me that when she started the process of adoption with her Agency she got a welcome binder that told her of all the steps and procedures that she would have to take in order to get her paper work together to send to China. All of a sudden a light bulb went off and the things started to make sense. I then emailed the Small World group and asked about this welcome binder and someone responded back to me that yes they had received a binder. No wonder I have had to live in the dark with this agency and do all the leg work myself.  I am so upset about this I fill like I was just a dollar sign to them and not a priority.
