NVC letter

Sat. we received our NVC letter stating that all of our paperwork was sent to China to get Emma ready for us to come and get her. Unfortunately Chinese New Year started today so everything is shut down for a week. At least this is my understanding. Once they open back up for business they will process the paper work which takes two weeks no more no less it is at that time we will get our appt at the consulate and will be able to get our travel dates. So with that said we are hoping to travel the last part of March, of course sooner would be even greater.
